Lovely hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, perfect location for visiting the Alhambra and Granada city. Also great to stay if you want to go skiing but don't like to book one of the hotels of the Sierra Nevada mountain because this place has so much more to offer. Luxurious rooms, breakfast buffet with fresh local products and friendly helpful staff. Is our 2nd stay and we will definitely return. Makes the Granada experience complete.

Amazing hotel. Rooms were impeccable, well designed and hi-tech. The best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I had an issue with the hotel receiving my emails from my non-google email provider (proton) but apart from that everything went smoothly. Best hotel to stay at if visiting Granada to see Alhambra, it's literally across the street, a 3min walk away. The small gym could use a bit more equipment (weights) but apart from that everything was excellent.

The hotel is very conveniently located in front of the Alhambra. It is also conveniently located next to a bus stop. The personnel was very nice, the room was great, I loved the shower. The food was good an not too expensive. Due to the weather, we could not use the terrasse. My only negative point was the bathroom's tank that was leaking, we let them know.

Upon arrival Sixto assisted me with my luggage & valet parking for my car. I also thought he booked me for a ticket to Alhambra Palace at 9:30am for €19 but found out in the morning it was not booked. I waited 45 minutes for the desk staff to resolve & book me a ticket. I enjoyed a short visit when to the sauna I arrived before going to the restaurant for cod. I slept amazing & loved the hotel room experience & comfort. The staff truly does make the utmost attempt to accommodate the client! I would definitely recommend staying here.
